  1. Mi-Home trading as Mi-Home.co.za, a company registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa (“Mi-Home” or “we” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it.

Personal Information

When you register on the Mi-Home website we need to collect certain personal information about you to provide you with the services you have requested. This information may include, but is not limited to:

Once you choose to register on the Mi-Home website and provide us with personal information, it will be used to provide you with the requested service and in conformity with the provisions of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25/2002.

Mi-Home may operate various social media communities on various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, and Twitter. When you connect with us via any such

platform, we may receive personal information about you. How your personal information may be used will be set out in the applicable privacy policy of such social media platforms. You should read the privacy policy concerning each such social media platform together with this Privacy Policy.

Privacy Preferences

Mi-Home will not use your personal information for a different purpose than the one stated when you provided your data. You may opt out of communications about updated information, new services, and marketing messages at any time.

E-Mail Subscriptions

Mi-Home does not offer E-Mail Subscriptions yet. We will in the future maintain a list of e-mail addresses to which “Mi-Home Property Newsletter”, our regular newsletter, may be sent. Individuals must affirmatively request to join this list by using the subscribe form on the subscriptions page when we start sending newsletters. Any members of this list may choose to unsubscribe at any time by using the same form. Our list server will be configured so that e-mail addresses can only be accessed by authorized Mi-Home staff.

Security

Mi-Home undertakes to take all reasonable measures to protect the information you provide us.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Please note that these guidelines are subject to change at any time. Any such changes will be posted on this page. You are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy at the inception of each session.

General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Mi-Home conducts business as a real estate group including by way of licensing third parties to use the Mi- Home trademarks and brand to conduct real estate agency brokerage businesses (“Mi-Home Licensees”). Mi-Home, the Mi-Home Licensees, and the Affiliates are collectively referred to in these Terms as the Mi-Home Entities.

  1. We may modify the Terms from time to time.

  2. You understand and agree that your access to or use of the Site is governed by the Terms effective at the time of your access to or use of the Site.

Invalidity
